Horrible app not much else to say but, keep a charger handy.

Takes forever to upload photos won’t save your login info only you to please property management

When uploading pictures (one at a time mind you), the app crashes frequently. This is on top of the pictures taking forever forever to upload. My crew of guys sits there waiting while I lose money. I wish they could figure it out!!!

Worst app I ever used, always with problem to check in/out, get freeze all times , definitely no worth

This is the most useless app for work order management available.

This is by far the most trash app I have ever used. The app is slow and drains your phone battery. The user interface is very poorly designed and very hard to navigate. It is 2023 and the app does not even have an option to upload multiple pictures at once. Who ever designed this app must have been in grade school because I know middle schoolers who could do a better job designing this app.

I was asked to install this app for work purposes. It’s far behind from other apps, they suggest to use to look up equipment but most likely you will be the one to request equipment to be added while on a job site. Having to look up non existent equipment is a waste of time. Having to request equipment by make, model and serial number, well might as well call the manufacturer.

The app is sluggish and a pain. Three months into service and they have not made one payment. Many strings attached beware.

Terrible app with a lot of login issues. App is constantly crashing.
