FSX Pro

Using on iPhone 15 Pro. Extremely difficult to see any text, even with reader glasses. Cannot zoom/magnify screen. I’d like to see tiles only for data not shown on the GC3 display while at the range (e.g. distance offline). Couldn’t connect via Bluetooth, possibly due to the inability to see the screen items. I’ll try again with a visual workaround.

Why even make an app unless it’s going to work well and be functional. It’s like some kid programmed this app over a weekend and left it. Come on foresight you’re better than this.

2.5 update added a new report user interface This step makes the reports fail at the preparing report stage So reports are now broken

Unable to connect the device even I can see the device detected and available. No tech help line or help.

The FSX pro app is clunky to use, unreliable in data collection, and its report function does not work to display data THEN TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS , and their go to solution is to delete the app then reinstall it. WHICH DID NOT FIX ANYTHING . When used alone the monitor does NOT STORE ANY DATA SO ALL YOUR ON COURSE WORK IS LOST. I AM RETURNING THE MONITOR DUE TO POOR FUNCTIONALITY AND TERRIBLE SUPPORT . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE BUSHNELL LAUNCH PRO TO ANYONE .

The user interface is not usable with a newer iphone that has rounded corners

This review is both for the iPhone and iPad versions. I can't believe how many issues this app has. For how much you have to pay for both the launch monitor and an expensive yearly fee, this is absolutely ridiculous. The iPad version constantly crashes, and there is no option to even save your username and password. So, you have to constantly log back in. The iPhone version, I'm surprised Apple even let the developers release to the App Store. It's not even optimized for the smaller screen and half the buttons are not even clickable because they are off the corners of the screen. Unfortunately, users have no other choice but to use this app since there are no other options. Please treat your paying customers better and fix this app.

Updated This is such a powerful app when combined with the GC3. The data is spot on and I love the ability to create multiple profiles and create reports for sessions. This would be a fantastic app if the UI was responsive. The corner, bottom and top menu’s get cut off on iPad Air and iPhone 15 ProMax. Also, a lot of user frustration can be avoided with easy to find and clear setup instructions. All the docs I looked at still say it supports connecting via Bluetooth - which is no longer supported for the GC3 for either iPad or iPhone. I just spent about $10,000 to be told by the app YOU HAVE LISTED and says it supports the gc3 that YOU NO LONGER SUPPORT IT!

AOL dialup was quicker than this app. Torches your battery, lags consistently. Disconnects from Launch Pro every session. But why develop an app when they want you to spend more money on upgrades?

Most of the time I don’t have an issue with this app. It picks up 99% of shots. Unfortunately, it crashes randomly, usually 1-3 times a session on my iPad (hooked up to charger, so not battery issue). I don’t save my sessions, so it’s more an inconvenience for me. But others may be very annoyed
