really weak support, they are pretending to be 24/7 but not, and i accidentally recharge a wrong account, they didn’t solve my problem. disappointing.
Worst internet Service
O3 Telecom FTTH service is worst internet service ever, when you call customer service and tell them that the service is not good they respond that you have to upgrade the service while this has nothing to do with existing service.

The worst customer service is a company that does not value its customers. I hope the monopoly will end and we will see a competing company that values the customer and the customer.
