Great quality, great shirts!
Loved this brand for a long time and their app just makes me make more poor decisions with my money I don’t regret! Maybe one day they’ll finally do a Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind shirt. But that will financially ruin me lol!

hard to buy from full of issues
refuses to let me buy a hoodie and keeps withdrawing money from my account then saying my card details are wrong or my card declined when i have well over the amount for the hoodie and i’ve checked the details many times and it still won’t let me buy i’ve tried to buy on the website too and redownload the app restart my phone and nothing works the collection ends in 4 hours and now i don’t think i can buy from it because of the errors

Never received a package and their customer support was outright hostile about the matter.

EXTREMELY LAME
I missed out on the only shirt I wanted from this drop because it was limited to 100 & the app kept crashing when I tried to check out. If you’re gonna make a shirt exclusive to the app, would be nice to make sure the app works, or even maybe admit you messed up and make more available as I saw several people complain of the same issue I had. Ultimately I almost bought nothing because I don’t want to give my money to people who don’t value me as a returning customer, but I love the Iron Claw movie so I reluctantly bought a sweatshirt. I have notifications on & have been a customer for several years, even back when you sold tees out of a backpack at cons. Not cool to do this to us, not cool at all.
Broken…
Stuck in a death-cycle of account creating, verifying, signing in… says email / pw doesn’t exist or work, shop sends me a code, gets me logged in, then logs me out…
