Bought a video camera unit and when I try to activate to link to my mobile - out comes the T&C terms to membership - what nonsense is this I cannot link if I don’t sign in as a member - this is pure miss- presentation of the advertisement as this was not stated and waste money - please readers don’t get SCAM

Blank screen when you open the app to view the camera. It says it’s connected if you turn in the mic you can hear noises but no video. Also can’t pay for storage because the option isn’t there, very frustrating and worst buy ever

I try to get the subscription for the cloud but it won’t let me scroll to select my payment. Why won’t it let me scroll down to select my payment?

It doesn’t give me a option to select payment type it’s just empty

Please set up a place where I can add my payment method to subscribe to your service this is ridiculous people
