Worst app I ever came across. They tell you on the phone to order online, then I put in all my details to get to the SMS verification and be told “SMS verification not working” I wasted 10 minutes of my 30 minute break on the stupid app. Unprofessional company and can’t seem to get anything right. Won’t be ordering again!!

The app is terrible to use. I am constantly logged out every time I use it. Then it dosent accept my login details, I have to change password every time. When you have managed to order it then does not accept credit card details!! It is easier to phone to order. Please update this app as its currently unusable.

Paying by card never works. The app fails every time

I love this takeaway but I gave up with this app and just cooked myself. Won’t let me log in, won’t let me put in my number, won’t take several cards. It just doesn’t want my business.

This restaurant does great food. But it’s a pity about the app. You have to download the app to see the menu. The website doesn’t show what food is on offer. But the ordering features of the app never work. I always have to end up phoning. It’s such a waste of time and energy.

This app is alright for the most bit...but I have one specific issue with the app, the is no way of knowing when your order is ready to be collected. One time you’ll collect it and it will cold and the next time you’ll collect it and it’s not ready yet. I wish they could update there app to include a collection time.

The text is not displaying so cannot enter delivery address.

It’s a bad app you need a new app guy it’s confusing

Tried to register from multiple devices with different email addresses and even though it says verification codes have been sent - nothing has been received so we can’t log in... useless.
