FuelCard

I’m the owner of are a small fleet carrier operating with four trucks traveling all 48 states. We have been using MS FuelCard for four years now and we haven’t had any problems or issues at all. Yes they charge $10.00 per month for services. But with the discounts that we get with TA and Petro’s that doesn’t have any affect on the bottom line. We also use the card for our PM’s and tires at the TA and Petro’s and we get a 10% discount on those services as well. Now we get a good discount with Flying J’s and Pilot but yes you will get charged $5.00 every time. Because Flying J and Pilot charges MS FuelCard the $5.00 for using the MS FuelCard. But overall this is the only card that I recommend and will use for my carrier.

As an owner op I’ve been using this card for three years now and not sure about the bad review I read and why they have had so many troubles but I have not had a single issue using this card at all mom and pop truck stops big chains medium chains etc can’t say I’ve tried to use it for maintenance cause I usually don’t go to TA for my maintenance it’s like having a two year old work on your truck plan your routes and get to know actual shops that have real mechanics on-site and yes mechanics not techs keyword there and you should not have any issues big carriers love to use big name truck stops for maintenance cause quite frankly they don’t care about the drivers time or the truck since the fleet is leased lol I’m this industry plan ahead and you’ll come out on top I’ll continue to use multi service fleet card as long as I can the savings are unbelievable

Needs a update some stops aren’t truck stops

Scam! We are a carrier out of Illinois, the fee you to death by a thousand cuts. Monthly fee, swipe fee, out if net work fee. At half the time the cards and I excepted at TA or petro with her supposedly supposed to have their biggest discount. Every time a clerk sees his card they shrug and get irked Because they know the garbage they’re about to deal with. I’ve seen two drivers with the same card one throw it in the garbage and one cut it up. I don’t know how these guys are in business other than the fact that they just charge people who don’t even use their stuff. Insane five times we’ve tried to pay with maintenance not one time has it gotten paid. Yesterday I tried to make sure that every I cross every T, they said we were cleared for $1500 for my driver to get maintenance done at the Petro and we go to pay: card declined, And they call and they tell the clerk that the card is not active. Really? Then why are they charging us?

Needs auto rotate. Takes forever to load fuel locations on the map and or zoom in on those locations. Map freezes and doesn’t update or move when the truck moves. This is an app you’d use on your 10 hour break and not while your rolling. Very low almost non existent support or upgrades.

The GPS is horrible, it won’t update while your driving to tell you how close you are once you have opened the app and it freezes all the time and crashes.

The app is perfect for quickly editing, activating & putting cards on hold - it literally takes me about 30 seconds to do so. Downside, iPhonex has no option to save password=very annoying. Would love to see some more options in the future, for example - run fuel history on individual units and maybe have an option to save as pdf on phone.

App works fair when you are in the guest mode. It will bring up fuel stops and directions and name of the fuel stop. Now if you log into the app with username and password logs right in no problem. If a person plans a trip or looks for a truck stop good luck, once you select current location and then put in destination hit submit a(little orange circle) shows up and goes around and around and it locks up the screen. Have to tap home button push on the icon to delete it and reload it and start all over Hopefully they get it figured out I would like plan my trips by the cheapest prices Keep working on it got my fingers crossed.
