I’ve just used this app for the first time. I’m disabled and find it difficult to use the petrol pumps. I signed up for this app and I have to say it’s brilliant. I’m not particularly tech savvy (I’m 74) but I found it very easy to use the app and the method of getting help with fuelling up was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have only use the app at Sainsbury’s but it work’s brilliantly, no embarrassing honking of your horn and waving of your blue badge.

Find this app very easy to use and a very useful tool, but it will depend on the particular garage if you get a good service or not, this side of it I find very mixed. Some garages are always available with assistance and other never respond to the request (there loss)
