I just heard about the app, downloaded it and for over four days now I have been trying to open an account, I have been receiving network error as feedback. Please let your team work on getting this resolved. Then I can give a better app review

I keep trying to open my app and it’s telling me to update the app but there’s no update available. I can’t use it

The app is very seamless and very easy to navigate ✌️ It took few mins to sign up and get account number. Hoping to have a smooth transition with Fundall🥰

They locked my account immediately I sent the first 20,000 naira to it and they won’t open it I talked to customer care and they won’t do anything about it

I’m having issues logging into the app. It’s a very annoying issue. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app three times because of this. I rate the it a 1/5. The interface is user friendly but the team needs to work on their login page

The interface is very frustrating. Even the place to chat with them doesn’t work properly. It’s not mobile responsive, I didn’t even get the chance to test their services.

I credited the chest with 5000. Applied for a virtual card. I was debited twice for the virtual card. No virtual card was created for me . The app is still asking me to request for a virtual card. I have contacted support for a refund of the double debit. They have declined this request. The virtual card cost 2000. I have tried to withdraw the balance of 1000 . I cannot make the withdrawal as the service to withdraw fund out of Fundall is deactivated. Support has sent a message saying all my compliants have been resolved. However ,I still don’t have a virtual card. I don’t have the refund of the double debits. I can’t withdraw the 1000 balance from the chest. Fraud Fraud Fraudulent app
