客服效率有夠爛 系統超差
當初以為只是太久沒有點進去app裡面所以被登出，結果要登入的時候發現密碼輸入錯誤，我索性直接按了忘記密碼 結果我等了一個多小時都沒有收到重置密碼的email信件出現在我的信箱裡 聯絡客服後客服直接下線根本找不到人去協助我找回帳號密碼 我的帳戶內還有很多fun幣可以去做使用餒！ 我覺得我不被收到尊重，透過FunNow消費了這麼多的錢結果帳號找不回來 我是不是需要聯絡法務來協助我進行相關求償？

有問題沒人可以處理
買了這個app上的按摩票卷，後來因店家問題沒看到我已預約，接了現場客人，反而叫我取消訂單，我10/12消費，當天取消，到現在11/18退費金額始終還沒退回，找客服也都沒回應，基本上你只要在這個app上出現問題，根本沒有人可以協助你解決，假如再不退費那就只好找消基會了

介面難用 想申請退費結果線上客服跟裝飾沒兩樣 根本沒有人會出來處理
