Funtagg app does not show any menu page and old events appear on the main screen when logging in that you cannot bypass or exit with the “X” symbol. Unable to use app at all.

We have tried using this app multiple times. The first year, it wouldn’t open at the fair and we couldn’t use the tickets we purchased. Thankfully the box office was kind enough to give us some tickets on a plastic card. This year, I downloaded the app and it has glitches constantly once I log in, and it doesn’t allow me to do anything.

The app itself is broken. Not usable at all. Just wasted $30. No customer service, no one to complaint. App Store should not keep these kind of scam apps.

Doesn’t even show the correct event options. Useless.

Won’t show current fair, doesn’t even show me a fair that’s in my state, and doesn’t even give an option to search. Useless app

The event doesn’t even show up, and the ones that do are not even still going on.

The event I’m trying to purchase funds for doesn’t come up when I log into the app

I downloaded the app at the fair. And paid for credits which then wouldnt work at the fair for any of the rides. I then the app for a refund and they said i needed to contact another company outside of their app. I would not advise anyone to use it and possibly waste their money.

Funtagg was useless. It would not load properly and all other apps were working fine so not a connectivity issue

Let’s you sign up, shows you the event, but won’t let you add any credits. Now I’m stuck in a long line instead of being able to take advantage of this app.
