Muy buena atención al cliente
De mal en peor
Hace unos meses iba la aplicación perfectamente! Primero quitaron el acceso por Facebook impidiendo entrar a mucha gente! La aplicación se bloquea cada dos por tres, se entra sola muchas veces en la publicidad… he notado mucho el cambio a peor desde hace unos meses . Una pena ya que es la aplicación q llevamos jugando 8 años seguidos…
Se sobrecalienta el movil y gasta mucha bateria
Algo pasa con la app este año, que no funciona correctamente. Un iphone 15 pro se sobrecalienta una barbaridad y la bateria vuela. Sacad una actualizacion urgente o reventara los dispositivos moviles. Gracias. Mencion especial a la pesima gestion de los anuncios. Lamentable. Probablemente es lo que sobrecalienta el dispositivo.
Publicidad excesiva
En el modo clásico cada vez que se quita a un jugador de la alineación o se da a la X el juego interpreta que se ha dado al baner de la publicidad y se abre el navegador para mostrar el anuncio. Es desesperante
Demasiada publicidad
Te saltan anuncios cada dos por tres. L’app falla mucho…
Va fatal
Últimamente va fatal, cierres inesperados, se relentiza muchísimo, publicidad que se queda atascada y usa el sonido al máximo sin cuartel, parece que más que tener publicidad normal intentéis que dejemos de usar la App.
SPAM
Demasiados vídeos q no puedes saltar. Aplicación basura para tu móvil. Si te gustan estos juegos, hay muchas alternativas mejor q esta. Avisados estáis BORRARLA O OS ENTRARAN VIRUS

Pocas veces, por no decir nunca, me he encontrado con un soporte al usuario tan rápido y eficiente
