The Dr. visit was very smooth she answered any questions I had and kept it very to the point.

I went through the questionnaire, signed up, paid $39 for the first month, then upon opening the app, they prompted me to pre-pay for an annual account for $256, which I did, then once I accessed the app, they pushed me for me to “select meals” which I thought was for recipes or something, then once I finally got to the app dashboard, there was absolutely nothing about medication and I’m being forced to pay about $70 for some food boxes. This was a total bait and switch marketing model, which is fraud, and is illegal. I messaged into support to cancel and get a refund, and they said claim I signed up for a meal plan only account, which I obviously didn’t, and they could transition me to a medication account for $120/month, to which I obviously replied no thank you, please cancel and give me a refund, to which they have not responded since 12/31, I’ve now reached out to them multiple times with no response. Do not give this company your money, it is a complete scam.

Filled out information on instagram and then after paying I download the app only to get the same questions over again, nowhere to login. I was quoted a monthly charge that didn’t include medications. Very misleading!

The Dr was very thorough and took her time with me. I was pleased with her.

Awesome they call and text to check on on you monthly. Drs are kind and as you question. I found the program to be awesome

I paid in full can’t talk to anyone. Wont send me my meds, and now they are trying to make me pay twice to get my shipment! This is a fraud!!!!!
