I just downloaded this app and was pleasantly surprised to find 30% discount available at one of my favourite Michelin star restaurants... well done Fuzzie you distinguish yourselves by having deals and offers from some truly excellent brands!

The new Fuzzie Club is amazing !

My husband and I both have our own respective membership account - it’s worth it even if you use it just for that ONE restaurant you eat at more than 6 times a year (limited vouchers, hence two accounts haha). Shout out to the main star of the show: Fuzzie’s stunning support team! Merchants who do not honour the vouchers and try to impose their own T&Cs are thoroughly investigated and swiftly put in place - just flag it out to the team! I even got a refund back from the team when they noticed I paid full price for a meal the merchant didn’t want to honor! There are many lifestyle apps and cards that offer great discounts, but few have the support to back it up when merchants go rogue. If you don’t want a tired response of “Sorry that happened, there’s nothing we can do about it”, go for Fuzzie! A veritable gem and an absolute dream team.

Wide range of partner merchants across different categories are offered in the app. Wonderful customer service as well. Prompt deliverance of assistance whenever required. Looking forward discovering more on the app.

This app is rad! Love all the discount codes because no blackout period (or at least I haven’t used one that has blackout) I also love the responsive service team. I redeemed a code for BK only to realize that the items were sold out so I couldn’t use that code. Sam from Fuzzie who replied to my email about that situation was helpful and responded quickly even though it was a weekend. I highly recommend this app!

The other thing distinguished in this app is the support team who are are happy to help all the time and usually very friendly and supportive!

I tried redeeming a voucher at Paris baguette but was told by the staff that it was unavailable. Contacted fuzzie through Facebook and they mentioned that the vouchers are still valid. They promptly replied and went through the hassle to contact Paris baguette staff so they can reimburse my payment. Excellent and prompt service from the support team! Wonderful experience using the app too! 👍
