It didn’t occur to me that a company who sells artistic prints would sell sloppy AI-generated pictures. I’ve bought a large format print where all the weird AI quirks you can’t see in the thumbnail are supersized. I hate it. Order and delivery are fine though so 2* for that

I’m kinda disappointed with the app because I love the website. The search function doesn’t work so I can’t ever find anything I want. It’s a shame.

I really love this shop - but the app is terrible!! It doesn’t fit in the page properly…tabs can’t be read as letters don’t fit, delete icon cant be pressed in shopping cart if no. of items go too far down…it’s a really odd app….as if it was the homework of a 5 year old if I’m honest?!

I was urged to download the app for 20% discount but once I didn’t, there was no more talk of 20% off. I wanted to buy a bench but have been put off as it seems misleading

App frozen when loaded. Couldn’t move off the free 20% screen which is why I loaded it in the first place. Now reloaded I can’t see the offer.

Not only do you not get 20% off for downloading the app… products are actually more expensive than on their website! Mind the Gap wallpaper - £195 on website & £250 through the app. Will be deleting app & buying elsewhere

Do not be lured into downloading this apps because of discounts. Fy simply takes all your information and doesn’t provide the discount 🤡
