Application does not show the station car park I needed so no point having Try to contact them via app and all You get is system support error Not working very well

Really easy and really efficient

I Have an old account, it said password or username didn't match when logging in so I reset password, using my phone and email, still didn't work, So fine, i'll sign up to a new account but then says the phone number and email is in use, so what the hell do I do now?

Doesn’t recognise a lot of GA station car parks to allow you to pay. You need to download another app called Pay By Phone. Why? Doesn’t link to GA parking website account so you need to register twice. Why? Can’t set up or monitor Autopay on app, have to use web site. Why? So really this app is totally useless!

If the app loads it’s very good but several times it has not been available when I needed it

A good start. However, useless if you want to buy parking in advance of trip. App will just charge you from the minute you make booking to departure time - extracting max amount of cash from your pocket.! Just need it to have a start time and date , and finish time and date. If just made the change we would be looking at a rating of five star.

Another fail from GA - even worse than DASH - doesn’t link to online account

App easy to use, very handy.. car park price seems for the day seems to be like London prices. Would be good if gold card season ticket holders would get some form of discount.
