GAAGO Reviews

Very expensive for the amount of games you see

Superhero or fairytale bliss on

I paid for a 12 month annual pass and after 9 months it won’t let me watch any more matches without subscribing again. Very frustrated as I paid £82 and only watched 2 or 3 live games and when I wanted to watch the league final last month I was asked I subscribe again even though I paid to June 2024. Hoping it will get resolved soon or I will write to Apple stores to raise a complaint as it’s been a few weeks since I contacted there support team about it.

Broadcast behind play

Signed up on Sunday the 20th May 2023 to watch group game, I also have gaelsport app on my phone, as I was watching I was getting messages of the score about 1 minute ahead of the broadcast game that a paid subscription for!! Also as I watched the game I noticed when the ball is kicked it turns into a spinning circle in the air as if the ball is travelling too fast for the service. not the service I would expect from a paid service. I want a refund not fit for purpose not watchable to distracting. Please refund my subscription. Disappointed!

Unable to login

I tried resetting the password and creating a new account but was still not able to log in to the mobile app.

The worst app ever

duckerhawkins on

United Kingdom

Not alone does the app not work properly. It also effectively robs your money. Just gifted a subscription to my dad set up his profile correctly etc and cannot log him on to the app. Tried 5 times. Reset password etc. avoid!

Won’t let me login

Jay Mears on

I can login perfectly fine on the website, but the app tells me that the exact same login details contains “credential errors”.

Terrible. Do not waste your money.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Unreliable streams that unexplainably break. An app that doesn’t work half the time and has a terrible user experience. Unhelpful support staff. These are just a few of the problems I have had with this app. (This season). As a die hard GAA fan, I find it difficult to slander this app. But after being a loyal subscriber for some time now, I have lost all patience and I would urge other fans not to waste their money here (and it isn’t cheap either). It isn’t worth the stress of missing games or key moments.

Doesn’t work

Yeezymac on

This app is useless. The big games aren’t available and the buffering is horrific worst app I have ever had, absolutely desperate!

Frustrating

mark1rs on

Ireland

This must be the most frustrating app I have ever used. I tried to watch the Ballygunner V NaPiarsaig game and it was stop start from beginning to end, I won’t ever use it again.

Just terrible

HateGaaGo on

Paid for a annual pass for crazy money. Then when I go to watch a game it asks me to subscribe and asks me to buy the game. Even though I have the subscription. Absolute waste of money and the GAA should be ashamed. Our national sport and we can’t even watch it for an affordable price

Total rubbish

Gaa supporter on

Ireland

Very poor. Intermittent stream. Using wired connection from laptop to tv with full access to 50+ mbs broadband. It’s ridiculous that terrestrial tv has not coverage of these games and also that people are forced to pay for a complete rubbish streaming service.
