Paid for a years subscription still unable to use. Tired contacting the support teams no support and feedback. What’s poor service and scam

Your data is being deleted

I can’t use the app anymore. Whenever I start the app i get error saying your data is being deleted. Not acceptable when you are a paid customer.

Gaana app not working after I deleted my data

I’m a paid subscriber for Gaana app I deleted my data and now the app won’t start on my I phone

App issue

Playlist continuously getting forwarded without playing a song when casting to Wi-Fi speaker .. this worked all fine for more than a year until last app update on iOS ..

Too many ads for a free user

When you open this app, the ad plays for about 1 minute and then sometimes the app crashes but after 2 or 3 tries it finally opens

Worst maintenance

What is this maintenance guys. Such a ridiculous performance. After i switch other apps it stops playing in background. Sometimes it won’t even open. Just now i tried to open app, it just closes automatically. Don’t beg for paid membership for providing such stupid performances.

Music Quality

I think the best part of this app is the music quality. I find it better than Spotify. But it sometimes lag on my iPhone 6s Plus.

Mostly stuck at Deleting Data screen

When opening app, many times it’s stuck at ’Sorry, your data is being deleted right now’ screen When this happens, is stuck at this for many hours. Keeps happening every now and then.

Cannot use the app

Hi there I cannot listen to musc on the app. It keeps saying “Sorry you can not use the app right now because your data is being deleted”. Please help.
