Galadari Motor Driving App

I have been a very terrible experience with Galadari Driving school they don’t want you to pass the exam and get the license , you will get 1 chance to go for any RTA test after a month or 3 weeks it’s horrible they don’t want you to pass they keep on saying they don’t have slot and lot of regions and the examiners always yell at you in road test before starting the car so that you get fail and which mistake you haven’t done they will put that , even for life time people they make exceptions like after failing 10 to 12 time they make them cheat and pass so they will keep you failing till ta they want how good are you in driving they don’t see . When you ask the Galadari head she will simply say it’s not on her hand and they can’t do anything about RTA exam , and they can add whatever they can add if u do 1 minor mistake then also they can put all major mistakes as well , if u challenge them they will fail you and make your life miserable. In other words don’t go there if you want license .They are doing business they keep failing you so you never get license and they can get more money out of your pocket.

You will never get a chance to speak with your customers care service, unless you are selected as a new customer.

Its just a white screen for last three months

Just a useless mobile app where you can’t do literally anything

I am waiting since 2 months when are u fixing the app?

FIND ANOTHER SCHOOL You can’t access most of the time, no one is supporting in the help line of WhatsApp. Errors are every time. I regret it every single day that I joined. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

I had a very negative experience from the very start. Took ages to receive access to e-learning - no one could properly explain what’s going on and send the access. Finally when I got access to e-learning, the quizzes there do not work (images aren’t being displayed when the questions are about what’s represented in the image). I reported the problem and was promised to get a call back in 24h. Of course, no one called me. I had to call and send WhatsApp messages to support every day (wasted a lot of time, money on calls and recourses). Every day I was promised that someone would call me back and of course, guess what 🤣 never happened. No one offered any solution or tried to solve the problem.
