Gallup Access

It could be a REALLY great app, but unfortunately it seems like Gallup might not care about the app. Its OK for reading articles (but so is a regular website in a mobile browser) but when you try to use the learning center (especially on the Builder Profile side) functionality is utter cr@p. Its created for a widescreen laptop, not a modern handheld device. The content is all there and IF the app worked like it should it would be a great thing to use daily! But for now, make sure you use a laptop (preferably with external big screen)if you intend to utilize your Gallup results and learn about them. Very big corp appropriate 😉

Good to periodically review my strengths and the tips you provide. And to be reminded areas that I need to leave to others.

Using strength finders to drive collaboration in a high performance team model. It has really brought a common language to our teams.

I have had this app for a couple of years now without really engaging it. I have recently started using the helpful articles and such with great success. This should be a must use tool at every organization on a weekly basis.

I love that the Gallup Strength finders. I love that it focuses on strengths instead of weaknesses and encourages people in what they already have.

The Gallup coaching system has been incredibly helpful for me to eliminate distractions and being clarity to my own life. I’m thankful that I have a coach and someone that helped me create a plan to better manage my time and giftedness. This system is insightful and will lead you down a path of self discovery in ways you may have never thought of before. I highly recommend anyone who has a hard time finding a way forward to use this method!

Still very buggy and slow. Takes multiple times to log-in. Searching for Strengths within your community is PAINFULLY slow…it searches after each letter entered (known issues for a long time and not fixed). Needs actual user input and dedicated team. Not a priority of Gallup. Could be so much more.

Great for organizations to increase self-awareness and understanding of others to increase productivity and engagement within employees.
