Visually, the app is good. The search function is not, in fact this is the worst feature. The results also take a very long time to come through when your competitors has live scoring.

Search function is too prescriptive. For example, typing “the dragons” reveals teams named “the dragons” only, typing “dragons” reveals teams named “dragons” only, but not “the dragons” or any other combination containing that word. Searching for leagues and any other category is the same - too prescriptive = frustrating admin when you just want to do a quick bit of admin.

Despite logging in, having our team and correct year selected the app will not display a single detail for the team.

I can’t use it I just can’t because it you can’t even see the upcoming game and your going to be late so don’t use it learn from other peoples mistakes

Crazy bad UI and UX. Horrible navigation. Clunky. Jammed with ads. Nothing positive at all about it. Basic functions hard to find and use. With PlayHQ as an option, this junk should be retired by BA and all State / Association comps. Just painful.

It simply doesn't work. Signed up, started the set up process, then it logged out and said password was incorrect (despite being set and remembered by my device). Forgot password link goes nowhere. Pointless waste of digital space.

Results are slow to filter through. May appear in some areas but not others. Can’t even follow real time like playHQ.

This app has so much potential as what could be the only and best dedicated app for grassroots football/other sports that it has. But there are so many things wrong with it. Firstly as I went to login to a different account that I would have preferred to use for GameDay, I get verification emails that do absolutely nothing when clicked on. So I’m stuck with the other account I don’t want to use for it. But moving on from, that I don’t like how my favourited clubs/teams don’t update to the latest season when clicked on and instead I’m forced to manually click it then go to the latest season stuff. Also when I’m trying to remove favourite teams, some of them just glitch and show a blank star even though they’re still favourited and the app starts to lag so I literally can’t do anything. I suppose that’s it in terms of bad functions with the app, but it’s still definitely a sign that this app needs to be improved/fixed well. The app serves its purpose, but it needs to do the same in functioning properly for best user experience.
