I have clips from my accs but nothing shows up but a error😡

Why’s my data missing

I love the app but for some reason some of my clips are not showing up. For a game I really like called rust console edition. My clips will not come up. Plz fix!

Bummer. I liked this app. It organized your content nicely and made sharing/editing easy and, most importantly, FAST. So what…Microsoft got somewhat decent with sharing/editing captures and that was enough to call it quits?? Lame. Anyways, don’t bother downloading or using. The devs haven’t shown this app any love since 2020 so, as you can imagine, it’s either not working well or not working at all.

there's definitely a couple of errors that happen once in a while, but overall it's a pretty good app.:)

App just doesn’t load properly

Used to work perfectly fine but doesnt work anymore. Its a shame because this app worked great

It was great all the way up until recently. No matter what I do it says “unable to fetch game clips please try again” . Probably Xbox changed some coding on their side with an update so now this app is completely broken until they update it as well. Shame.

This app use to work for me. I use an IPhone. I haven’t been able to access anything in the app. It just says something like “Incorrect format” I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still did not work. What’s going on?

I’ve used this app for a while now… recently however, every time I try viewing my clips or screenshots, it keeps saying “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. Please help me resolve this.
