For my hydroponic garden, I can’t add the type of plant as it says network errror. The whole reason I purchased this hydroponic was the app feature

Their certificates expired again. Several weeks now, the app is bugging all over. Even the help form is not working anymore…

Was super excited to get garden and app but I can’t get the time to regulate.

The app didn’t work when I first got it on iPhone I had to add the home using an android device cause the app works with those. So I updated the app since the reply and it works fine. I created a home just for the heck of if using my iPhone XR and it actually worked. I tried to ask your company for help when it didn’t work and they were pretty rotten when I told them I didn’t buy the heater from the website. I got it from Amazon. They said “we’ll go ask Amazon for help” to which I was like “clearly Amazon didn’t create the app.” And it got nowhere.

Its a shame app does not work crashes every time i try to make a home group , iphone 11 , its a nice heater but i purchased to use with its app so this is a deal breaker- return and go with a more expensive model i know works , it does put out good heat though its blower has an annoying high pitch sound that i couldn't sleep walking with

Need to “create a home”, but app only crashes….useless…

The app crashes when you try to connect, such a shame. The mini garden seems so cool but now is not.

App doesn’t work at all

I was excited to receive my just smart indoor garden and when I opened the app for it, the app crashed every time. Please fix this. I would like to use my indoor garden:(

I download the app I tried everything I even gave it to my friend who is computer technician he even changed the settings on my phone to be compatible with all Kind of Bluetooth devices, no luck.. The app simply does not work.
