Worst customer service everrrrrr the worst

When I jump from one page to another you should keep my brows open until I say soo

Poor Service

I ordered online but i received wrong order (different color). I send email regarding this and it takes long time for them to reply. Until i keeps on updating. After fee weeks they refund my money but the delivery fee is not were in fact its not my fault. 🙄

Delayed delivery

After paying the delivery charge.. my delivery was delayed.. my whole day was wasted waiting for the GAP delivery.. but disappointed... dear Gap team.. I ordered from Both Gap and American Eagle same time... American eagle delivered their product very next day without any delivery charge.. Very disappointed

Worst app, why do they even have sale on it when they cant manage it, almost all sale items it show home delivery unavailable, pick up unavailable!
