Game is at a stand still. There is a strip of ads at the bottom of the game and is cutting off the progression. g-off part of the game. Can’t continue with my game. It’s been a week since I requested help. The game is still stuck. Please help. Linda m. Wilson

I have only recently downloaded this game and, so far, I like it very much. However, there are a lot of ads and if they don’t shorten them (I timed one at 1 1/2 minutes then I will be deleting game.
Game doesn’t know my pad is horizontal
It's just like "sand balls" but with flowers. You can even decorate a room too.
