Gas Engineer Software

Great app & getting to use it more & more everyday. Particularly love the app emailing automatically customers 2 weeks before service is due for a reminder. Well worth the annual subscription.

We have been using this for a few years now, all our staff are familiar with the system, easy to use, the developers are constantly upgrading the system to make it easier / better, any issues we have, we can ring them up, there very helpful and get us back up and going instantly ( mainly our errors ) add photos to each job, email to the customer, looks very professional and in a tap of a button we can also look at all our previous visits that any engineer has had at a job 100% happy with this software and I’m glad we made the jump from paper copy to this software when we did, having a boss that is stuck is his old ways and convincing him this is the way forward has really paid off & he now loves it too 👍🏽

Every heating company should use this app. As a business tool it does so much. Completely changed the way we work and looks very professional.

If you’re a self employed gas engineer you need this app, it literally does everything, all my certs (gas, oil, lpg, domestic and commercial) and all my quotes and invoicing. Plus it remembers everything so when you go back to a property the following year half the paperwork is done for you.

I’ve used this software for years. It’s helped my business no end with ease of quoting with templates and invoicing with reminders. A data base of customer, address and appliance details which becomes invaluable. The servicing reminders pay for the software on its own.

This used to be an amazing app that linked up extremely well with the desktop version but they ruined it with the latest update. Please go back to what you had. It worked extremely well together. If I was starting out again I wouldn’t use this due to how bad they have unusable it now is.

I tried a couple of apps on trail this was the best by far so I began using app and only regret is I should off got it years ago it’s fantastic and you can get a free One to one training session really helpful I can’t recommend it enough fantastic app really reliable and has changed my heating business more than any other product I have used

I have been using this app for my business for years it is always improving, worth every penny, it pays for itself I never miss a invoice, they are fine before I leave the job. Any issues Ed they are always available quickly

This app makes my life so much easier with loads of onsite options to invoice and certify before leaving the property. 3 best things about this app: - it has basically everything I need to do all my paperwork onsite. I hardly do any at home; - if you ever have a problem they reply and sort immediately; - they are continuously investing in upgrades and improvements. Great app ✌🏻
