Finish all the task 100%, junkyard also done, but last place to travel still unavailable… Will there be more update..?

This game got lack where i can’t progress further in motel location, it mention on top where i need to build parking lots but i couldn’t find the location to build it.
The game is stuck and cannot continue to upgrade the parking lot.
After the update, there are still some issues that have not been resolved.
