This app is always having login issues, this is the most useless app when it comes to login in, I’ve lost hundreds of dollars do to I was unable to login at my while to close trades. To send login code is now a very big problem to them, At times it takes me 5days to login what nonsense.
Well so far in the crypto space I can confidently say gateio is the leading crypto exchange in terms of security and user friendly. Newbies don’t won’t really have a problem using this app and the user interface is top notch. What makes the app very unique is that it’s user friendly and the basic features of the app are easily mapped out. Try using the Gateio today. This cryptocurrency exchange embodies innovation and progress, connecting people and creating new opportunities for growth and empowerment.
Your app is good but I prefer the lite because I can view deposit,withdraw,trade and lending on each coin than this one …. So I just need this one to have that feature of lite. Then this main app would be more better and can be compared to Binance,KuCoin etc
Worse exchange ever
It’s so unnecessarily complicated, trading on spots is unnecessarily complicated , transferring funds is complicated , it’s not beginner friendly at lol like other trading apps, it just frustrates the hell out of you. I would give something lower than 1 star if I could. I kind of feel bad saying all these mean stuff but it’s exactly how I feel
I have been trying to login now since and it keep telling me Captcha Code has expired,what is happening? Can’t i access my account again even if it has been long I used it?

I like this new interface and the colour blue is better than the old red colour. Wow!! It's good to be back here. The app is now a lot easier to use and navigate around. Kudos to the dev team.
