The worst experience ever using this platform. Unprofessional customer service who keeps mistaking your name. Incapable to solve any simple request. I simple asked to mention my company’s name in the invoice to be reimbursed. You should review your employees skills and be more professional and helpful as any other platforms, or simply don’t call it costumer service.
