Perfect for At Home Workout!!
Love this app for my zoom workouts at home! It lets me know exactly where my heart rate is at all times and my instructor can give me the proper tips for maximizing my results!!
Great App
Wow, I never really understood how to use my heart rate to gauge my intensity level, the % and color zones make that incredibly easy to know where I’m supposed to be.
Numbers don’t lie
This is great. Love my trainer pushing me to get to my goal heart rate because of this and all through zoom!!
Simply works
Love how simple it is to setup. Also appreciate the colors changing so I don’t have to try to figure out if I’m in the zone.
