È un servizio studiato da Gel Matic Italia per la linea Giotto, che consente di accedere in modo semplice, attraverso un collegamento WIFI e/o BLE, alla macchina da una postazione remota.
L’obiettivo strategico è la supervisione della macchina e la riduzione dei costi di manutenzione rispetto ad una gestione tradizionale.
Il servizio consente:
> Controllo di tutti i parametri per livello di utenza
> Cambio impostazioni /aggiornamento valori di fabbrica
> Controllo tramite Sinottici
> Aggiornamento Software
> Notifica degli allarmi con descrizione dettagliata
> Suggerimenti sulla necessità di sostituire i materiali di consumo e altri componenti, in base alle ore di lavoro
> Statistiche d'uso e lavorazioni
