I could see this being a very useful app for a student needing to get to class or the use of the digital ID. However, as GCU has its own LMS, they have not created an app to complete course work. You are unable to log into your classes and complete work, therefore the app is useless to me.
App constantly presents an error that asks you to sign in again, the only way to get rid of it is to delete and reinstall app.
How am I supposed to get into school if the app always gives me “Failed to retrieve data”? I luckily keep a hard copy of my ID. This app needs work. No way I pay thousands of dollars every semester to go to a school whose app I can’t depend on. Needs improvement ASAP.
This app is some kind of broken more often than it works. At the time of writing this review, the app is only able to sign you in and you still can’t see your classes, ID, and food budget. GCU needs to fix this.
I’ve had this app my whole college experience and the lack of consistency in keeping me signed in and the glitches, have been excruciating. Please fix your app!!
App is terrible, doesn’t work half the time, which is insane when it’s frequently used by students to buy their food.
When it works it’s great but it crashes a lot which makes it hard when you don’t have your physical ID on you and you need to scan your ID for food, the mail center, etc
Now that student IDs are only online, the app is basically a necessity, but that does not make it a good app. I have had to re install it once a month because it refuses to access my data after having the app for 5 weeks. No clue why, but I’m not the only one with this issue.
I just downloaded this thinking I would be able to see the class and be able to post and view my grades and I cannot do that. So as an online student this app does nothing for me.
This app is the ABSOLUTE worse 😩
