You can book through the app but not select camp site. Fortunately, I received help from Sharon (Discovery North Ryde). Sharon has been absolutely zen and understanding during both calls I had with her. 5 stars for Sharon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fuel Discount relies on generating a barcode each time. There is currently an issue with this. Poor signal will cause problems so don’t base your choice of where to refuel on the g’day discount as you may not get it and no assistance from g’day - turn it off and on again. With regard to booking through the app, more often than not you get a better deal direct with the park, then add you booking into the app to get your free nights etc.

Every time we’ve tried to use the Shell express fuel rewards it says we’ve already used it!!! We’ve used it once in 3 yrs !!! It never works

Click on fuel offer and there’s no barcode - it just says ‘your fuel offer is coming’ barcode never appears. Also, accom not available on app - but is available on website. Frustrating to use

It’s 2023 — apps shouldn’t be logging you out when they update, we have a tonne of passwords to remember as it is. It’s a really terrible and annoying feature to get locked out of the app when trying to book and then having go through the trouble of locating the email address to recover the account.

The app is generally pretty good to use, however it is annoying that the iPad version does not support landscape orientation. Makes use on larger devices cumbersome and unnatural.

When trying to book via the app a list of parks appears with prices, when I click on any, they all say “no accommodation available”. I check on gday website and it is available. This has been happening for weeks now. Makes booking frustrating.

I seem to just get taken to a blank screen when I click on ‘forgot password’. My software is up to date and I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the glitch is still occurring. I am now locked out of my account and can’t even check my bookings. Incredibly frustrating.

App is ok ( bit clunky ) but the biggest drawback is that booking through the app rather than direct with the park will cost you 10-15% more. Go direct.

I wish I didn’t waste $50 on this useless app. Not a great variety or number of parks and the tiny discount you do get isn’t as good as if you call the park directly for their specials. Don’t waste your money.
