GearTracking Reviews

Broken app

If a gear tracking app doesn’t save anything after you take the time to add new gear, then what’s the point of the app?

Works As Advertised Yet Missing One Feature

App works well and syncs fine with Strava. If I have and use Strava though, this app isn’t needed. Strava has gear tracking built in. I wish it would sync with Apple’s Healthkit to allow me to track gear without uploading to Strava.

Gear for days

There’s a review on here saying he couldn’t track his chain waxing. I thought of come in since I am doing exactly that, and it’s super easy. I sync via garmin. After a ride I add my bike and then chain A or B depending on what is on the bike. Easy peasy. Cool app for tracking gear. Very useful.

Good concept, unusable execution

I wanted to like this app. The description is exactly what I need. I just cannot for the life of me make sense of the user interface and settings. I want to keep track of the miles on my bike between chain waxings, and I’m just finding it impossible to do so easily. Tried to deal with it for months and finally just deleted it. Bummer.

The Best!

This app is what I had been looking for. It’s perfect for keeping track of the mileage on my gear and it’s very simple to use.

Nice App for tracking running shoe life!

I use the MapMyWalk app to track my walks and until recently, it also had a way to track the life of my shoes...but they discontinued that part of the app (lame). So I looked for another app that would accomplish this. Gear Tracker does this and does it quite well!! Tony, the developer, has been very responsive and I also give him ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Nice job, Tony! Keep up the good work!!

Very Easy to Use

I alternate shoes running so it’s very easy to keep track. Like that you can take pics to easily recognize which pair. Ties in well with Apple health.
