If I could give zero stars, I would! The app is useless. Bluetooth never connects. What’s worse, the fingerprints I had added are no longer recognized and will not unlock the door. And the kicker?!…A fingerprint of my child that I had NOT even added or authorized, unlocks the door and grants access! Horrible, horrible product. Looks pretty, but that’s it. Don’t waste your money!

Can you guys get rid of these 3 to 4 second adds? Do you even think about what if a person is trying to get away from someone and needs to get their door unlocked or locked quickly and now they have to wait through 3 to 4 seconds of adds when it already takes a second or 2 to sync up with the door lock. Like you’re just asking for someone to get hurt. Put your adds somewhere else

Can't get verification code to create an account, therefor can't add fingerprint. Door knob useless, will be returned.

Trying to set up my smart lock and the app doesn’t work. Keep saying “Request timed out” every time I try to create a new account or even retrieve my old account under the “Forgot Password” section. Could this be fixed?

Had an older one of their door knobs and had no troubles. Just installed a K11 and the App is useless. If I click on Add Device it thinks for a long time and then displays an empty page - you can’t add any devices in this version of the App. If I click on call support nothing happens. If I try to submit feedback in the App nothing happens. This version of the App has some serious flaws which render it useless for new users.

The door auto locks on it’s own. It’s a real pain for my family.

The fingerprints work well with keeping the kids out and always unlocks for my wife and I. BUT you will never be able to use the app to lock/unlock because the knob’s Bluetooth will never connect. So if you’re ever trying to grant remote access, move on to a different product. The app was only good for setting up fingerprints. That’s it. Also wish it came with a long charging cord (or any for that matter). I don’t have a nearby outlet so I have to take apart the knob to charge it? 😑

I am using the app to control a fingerprint doorknob. Neither the passage mode nor the security mode is available/works. The manual states that the modes can (only) be enabled/disabled on the app but there is no setting option available accept “lock volume” I have tried to get support. Hopefully the developer or someone else can assist?

App has become useless! Couldn’t get into room. Tried my fingerprint several times and nothing. Open app to open door…function to open door is GONE! Just 3 ways to sell you more devices via Amazon. WHAT??? What happened to the ability to open app via Bluetooth? 🙄Seriously? Horrible and useless!

The lock itself is so nice, but I don’t like how it takes seconds to connect to the Bluetooth. For example, someone wants to come inside, but I don’t feel like getting out of my bed, so instead I go to the app, but connecting it takes a minimum of 10 seconds and u have to be a couple of feet away in order to control your own door lock. Make it make sense!!!
