「銀娛青少年成就計劃」由澳門銀河娛樂集團和澳門管理專業協會合辦，於2011年正式推行，至今已圓滿舉辦了八屆。此計劃能讓年齡介乎18至29歲的澳門青少年從不同的活動及工作坊中了解自己的潛能，培養社會認同感和建立正確思維應對日後的機遇與挑戰。
第九屆「銀娛青少年成就計劃」已於2019年10月31日舉行開幕禮，活動秉承｢自我認識」、｢關懷社會」、｢事業發展」三大理念，並會注入新元素，部分活動將由參與學員主導，實行繼續｢超越自我，成就非凡」。
為了鼓勵參加者勇於超越自我、發揮所長，計劃將頒發多項個人及團體獎項以表揚出色的學員。參加者在完成整個計劃後將獲頒證書，有機會參加終極比賽，並可競逐到亞洲城市遊學的機會。
