There is no zero star option to rate. You could have not published the app and spent money in developing which doesn’t work

Registered Two days ago . But till now i didnt get any response from your company . What the fun of spending more money if i dont get best service . There are elderly people in my house, the temperature outside is 47 degrees, how will they bear this heat?

It is not registering my account

It’s either a really inexperienced vendor who created such a faulty app or really miser Ogeneral team that snoozed through vendor selection and chose the cheapest one one the block. We’re paying a humongous amount for their ACs and this is what we get!

As useless as the customer service itself. Worst app ever.

Develop a proper app

Such a pathetic untested app ever...always shows please wait... waste of time installing this app.

Trying to register , but it’s not locating the area . Useless app . Can’t expect this kind of app and service from world’s one of the best Air con company. Not able to book complaint on call centre either.. very bad service ..
