Extremely unfinished app no pictures of the food and doesn’t work properly.It’s a scam app don’t download it get the original app this one’s fake

I can’t see the pictures on the menu and there no delivery personnel available nAh wha ohh

I placed an order over 2 hours ago, I can’t track the delivery and i haven’t received any response to the messages i dropped on the app. This has to be the worst food app ever. I regret using this.

I ordered pizza,rice and ice cream,it’s more than 3hrs now and I haven’t even heard from any of your staffs…..you guys are trash and I have paid already…..your services are poor

You can’t track your order, even though they give a fake interface that makes u believe so. You can’t see past orders. The so-called points u should get with each order is a scam, because no records are kept. Each time u open the app, it shows the present date as the date u joined the app. We can all just order off our web browser if you guys won’t operate an optimally functional app.

Was able to place my order easily and got it in time. Enjoyed the food too. Kudos

Sorry I’ve don’t been in such disgrace before in my life add together what Genesis and their untrained staff did to me 28/11/2023. After I ordered a seafood Akro soup with my girlfriend at home I waited for a long while after they prepared nonsense for me they brought what I’d never seen in whole as Akro soup and when I returned the food to the restaurant their untrained chef and staff almost fought with me for not accepting their nonsense they brought. This is a big disgrace to the owner of Genesis restaurant Choba breach the staff there are untrained staff and full of maneless behaviors please for now you guys should avoid them please don’t buy anything from them because they’ll take your money without giving you what you ordered thanks I’m rating you guys zero

Kindly fix this part of the app. I’m unable to move past imputing delivery address which makes the app almost irrelevant.

Unable to put in a delivery address. No address I type in can be found and using my current location send the app into an infinite loading screen.
