Easy registration

Superb service
Completed all onboarding steps on 03rd July, verification done on 04th July and straight away started accepting online payments. It was soo easy compared to getting this done through a bank👏🏼
Disappointed
Gave the app the benefit of the doubt after seeing the negative comments and I was proved wrong. The app requires you to verify your mobile number with an OTP that gets sent to you. However, the OTP never reached even after trying multiple times over two days (just in case). No other way to register either.
No Customers support and so late to Deposit money
Four days have passed since one of my clients made a payment by visa credit card. It still hasn't been credited to my genie serving account. On other days, the deposit will be automatically made after the payment statement is updated within 48 hours. But now 4 days have passed. It has not been deposited yet. The biggest problem is that dialog business genie has not yet created a telephone service to get customer support. dialog genie business ipg The way of working in a group is very slow. No problem is solved quickly. I am only looking today. If I don't get my payment today, I will go to the police and file a complaint. Do you have any technical problems? A real problem you can tell me. Therefore, I will stop opening a case to the Sri Lanka Police
Applications menu cannot be reached on top in iPhone 14 Pro Model
The menu button of the app(Hamburger Button) is unable to touch in iPhone 14 Pro model. This is a huge blocker
