Why is there hardly ever any updates for this game to fix its glitches and issues?????? I’m Disconnecting from Facebook automatically and having to log in again every day. We only get three wheel rewards and I have to close the app and open it again to collect these crappy rewards. There are to many rewards for free time, I get up to 10+ hours of free play. I would not use that amount of time. There are not enough rewards in this game.
NEARLY 2 MONTHS AND STILL NO FIX FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO LOG INTO FACEBOOK TO LEVEL PROGRESS ON DEVICES. HOW LONG DOES THIS TECH TEAM TAKE TO FIX A GLICHE? 7 YEARS PLAYING WITHNO ISSUES AND NOW AN ISSUE THAT CAN’T EVEN BE FIXED.

I’ve been playing for years & now suddenly I have to log into Facebook to save my progress…. Very annoying. Also have lost my daily boosts, have up to a dozen of some. This is beyond unfair & certainly not right. WHY WHY WHY Get this issue fixed. It has ruined a great game
Hey, I want to avoid elite challenge and play the normal levels. How can I do it?
I have got to the end twice and there are no more games. This time I had just paid for coins but of course can’t use them. Please keep ahead of me Now I have got to the end again. Please add more levels And again Please keep Ahead of me Love the game but keep getting to the end when I have winnings to my name but now the collection clash will be finished and I can’t improve my score. Please keep ahead of me Great game but so frustrating. I downloaded the update three days ago and again I am at the end. PLEASE keep ahead of me. I am waiting for more levels again Why can’t I buy more moves? I have plenty of credit but when I try to add moves it won’t allow it. Very frustrating and I may to have to give up on this game. Perhaps I didn’t send this but I have continued. Now I seem to get no advantage by winning coins. The extras do not show in my total This one was here but here is mine I really enjoy the game but it often freezes. I have to close my iPad and open it again but the game I was on is over. It is often when it gives the option to watch a video for more turns Please fix
Can't get through levels without buying more tools, these are REALLY expensive. Daily bonuses & some tools include extra playing time that must be completed immediately - up to 3 extra hours??? Some of us have real lives to get back to, but when you return to the game those bonuses are gone. Sprint events for extra bonuses over limited times are suspect with most "competitors" named after the game's characters?? You have to beat them to get to the leader board to win - but you never do so don't waste your time or money. There are far better ethical games around, don't get fooled with this one!! You also can’t disable the really annoying suggested moves? They’re usually NOT the best option so just ignore them!
Im over level 2000 Some glitches in the game tho
The game is no longer working since the latest update. I’ve tried turning my phone off & reloading but still not working
Genies and gems is a super fun game that is addictive and EPIC to play!! My only suggestion would to be GET RIDE OF THE ADDS! Then it would be the perfect game! Thanks for taking the time to create this great game!
