Can’t log in
I haven't been able to log in for about a week. I was connecting via my email address but impossible for a week, I also tried via Apple, in vain. I uninstalled the app several times but it still doesn't work

1. Subscription: You can purchase ‘Premium’ in the app. After you subscribe the product, you can enjoy all the works in the membership library freely.
2. Subscription Cycle: 1 month / 3 months
3. Payment: All ‘Premium’ of different subscription cycles are auto-renewable subscription products. After confirming the purchase, your Apple iTunes account will be deducted.
4. Renewal: The account that purchased the auto-renewable subscription product will be deducted 24 hours before the expiration date of each subscription period. After the deduction is successful, the subscription cycle will be extended by one cycle.
5. Cancel Renewal: If you need to cancel the renewal, please manually turn off the automatic renewal function in the iTunes/Apple ID account settings management at least 24 hours before the subscription expires. And the fee will no longer be charged after the closure.
