Disappointment
Very seldom I give negative comments but this app and the overall SkyWorlds experience was really very disappointing. Many rides are not available and even we are already in the line waiting the rides just canceled :(

Good app, easy to booking Virtual queue ,easy to manage timing
Failed to link ticket
We bought the annual pass via the genting kiosk but can’t link it to the app from morning till noon. It’s just frustrating
Fail Apps
This Apps doesn’t work please make it work.
Lots of bugs, unable to perform ticket linking
Buggy interface, QR code scanner feature always return invalid code when scanning qr code ticket purchased from resort world app, switching from camera scan to manually enter ticket code always pop out invalid error which make user felt like something wrong.
Fail to link ticket from Klook
I can’t scan the QR tickets that we bought from Klook with this app.

Oi please fix the ticket linking issues lahh when want to link from the klook app it keeps loading without any progress. Tmr Im going to the park alrd, does that mean I dont get to use the VQ then if I cant link the tickets. This app sucksss

I bought the ticket from klook and want to scan the qr in this app but its always loading, same goes to all my family member! How can we use the vr reservation if ur app does not respond??? Ive tried since yesterday and same result as always!
Can’t link ticket
I bought my ticket through klook and cannot link it to the apps, it got stuck after it asked me to choose a date. I’m going today, please let me know how can I solve it to book VR
Can’t even make VQ reservation
Each time I try to scan QR to make VQ reservation it tells me to select visit date and brings me to loading screen with no end. Supposed to use VQ on app to get on rides, but app doesn’t even work? Making the experience worse than it should be 👎
