From the start of my pregnancy, to my breastfeeding journey and on to my new life with a baby this app has been supporting me through it all!! Totally recommend to all expecting/new moms

Rooted in the practice of mindfulness and a source of wonderful practices. As a first time mom the app has been a source of self and reassurance.

My first pregnancy I had a lot of fear. I knew with this pregnancy I wanted something different. The entire approach of each day focusing and training my brain has already made this pregnancy so much more relaxing.

This app is just what I needed to prepare my mind and heart for the arrival of my baby. I would recommend it to anyone, and specially if you are anxious or afraid of childbirth. Pregnancy brings a lot of uncertainties and things you can’t control. This app will help you navigate them. It will help you get into a more positive and calm mood.

The app was confusing and not very user friendly for me, and even though I paid the monthly subscription it seemed like there were still things I needed to pay for or “unlock.” I didn’t have time or the patience for that. BUT that being said I did use this app and the 9 minute “GentleBirth Affirmation” download. (This was the only thing I used.) I found it helpful to listen to in the third trimester of both my pregnancies and even found myself repeating these affirmations during labor. Would I use it again? Yes, probably because now it’s a mental thing for me. Could I find something similar for free? Probably- but again, so I have the time or patience?

I found GentleBirth at the end of my first pregnancy and knew I would use it during my second pregnancy without question. The app is easy to navigate. You can download sessions to do at later times. And each day your sessions for the day are easily accessible. I’m excited to try the labor companion when that time comes!

I am loving using this app daily for pregnancy. Currently 21 weeks and it’s easy to use and look forward to my daily assignments.

Im surprised so much is offered without having to pay anything. Really helpful with mindset in daily life as a pregnant woman and we will see how it helps with birth in a few months!

A dear friend recommended this app for my first pregnancy after it really helped her work through fear and anxiety. I’ve loved the simple mindfulness and hypnosis sessions for a couple weeks and plan to continue using it. My one complaint is: it’s really annoying to pay for the app and still get ads! Honestly why am I still getting 2-3 pop ups every time I open the app? I shouldn’t get any with the paid version. But the quality overall is great, thank you!

I wish I had this app for my first two babies, so grateful I had for my third!
