This app is terrible! I cannot see when my payments will be charged, what credit card will be charged, or what previous payments have been made. I also cannot change my payment credit card.

This app is terrible! I cannot see when my payments will be charged, what credit card will be charged, or what previous payments have been made. I also cannot change my payment credit card.
Login always times out - I have not been able to use this app for 2 years. It’s always updated to the latest version, I tried deleting and fresh installing - always get request timed out. I’m able to login on web or mobile web without issues with the same credentials. Please fix it, it’s very hard to use desktop version of a heavy website when abroad with a slow internet connection. App used to be very handy.
The application does NOT allow you to paste your password into the input box for passwords. so if you’re using a strong password utility tool, it is impossible to paste the password in. Thus people that use this application are all using week passwords or the SAME password where using for everything else.
I expected the app to be my single resource for dealing with any health problem that might arise on my upcoming trip. But I can’t find even the most basic help information in the app to explain how the coverage is actually to be used if it’s needed. Nothing about the process at all — the app seems to assume I already know about how their service works, which I do not.
As a new user this app has a good feel to it. Navigation seems easy, lot of information to be had. My only complaint so far is PLEASE make the app able to be used in landscape mode, makes it a lot easier to use a keyboard with the app.
This app leaves me feeling miserable every time I’m forced to use it. Since the major change a year ago: 1.Facial recognition doesn’t work for login 2. More clicks to complete the online submission of claims 3. Unclear what service option to select when submitting a claim 4. Little space to write what service the patient received. 5. Slower than it used to be 6. Must select the patient name when beginning the claim but the app doesn’t save the patient information. Have to enter into the patient screen and confirm the same information a second time. Previous problems that are still present (and now added upon— see above): 1. SO many clicks 2. Currency should be tied to country where the hospital or physician are located automatically (see #1) 3. Automatic pop up and a total three clicks) just to to access the camera to take a photo of your bill. 4. Autocorrect for typing errors does not function within the app. 5. Have to confirm a second time the reimbursement information, though you selected it at the beginning 6. Must say you don’t have other insurance or a work place injury for every single claim, even for a claim for a child and even though the member has never had any other insurance (this information should be able to be saved under the patient information tab)
This is the best health insurance we have ever had. We have absolutely no problems with any procedures, testing, appointments, medications, dental, vision exams. I wish all insurance companies could be as great as GeoBlue!
I have used the app in the past, and just purchased a new policy. I have had to reset my password SEVERAL times, have tried to attach my new policy number SEVERAL times, and it still won’t work! Maybe I should have gone with a different company.
If you use the app for the very first time, you would think you would need to register first. But you don’t you use your email as your username which is not indicated and then apparently some password that you created, which I don’t recall ever creating terrible, terrible, terrible.
The app itself doesn’t work at all. Any time I try to log in or click on any info in the app it says “we couldn’t process your request.” Hope I won’t need to rely on this for emergencies.
