Senzatia de pe timpul comunismului
“Ca sa inchizi contul trebuie sa fie pe zero” si “nicio tranzactie in curs”. Cam asa au fost cuvintele persoanei din spatalele acestui text. Ca sa renunt la Multi Protect trebuie sa se faca prezential. De parca am fi in 1950. Oi fi eu genX dar sa imi spui ca suntem in 2022 si inca trebuie sa ma deplasez ca sa renunt la o amarata de asigurare este uimitor. Pentru ca nu am alta optiune am ales sa renunt la BCR. Exact!! Am sters contul. “Ei si”?! Mare scofala ai facut!” Pai nu!! Ca mine multi fraieri sa plateasca 9 luni multi protect si ca sa renunti la ea sa trebuiasca sa te deplsasezi. Developerii dorm! Designerii sforaie Marketing-ul e in vacanta si agentii uita macar sa se prezinte, ca deh, nu are amaratul de user posibilítatea sa vada numele aluia cu care vorbeste. Ca pe timpul lui Ceausescu-“Stim cine esti si ce faci. Tu nu stii cine suntem noi”. Cam atat. Va treziti, va las 4-5 stele… pana atunci abia astept sa imi lasati un mesaj gen copy-paste… doar e la moda. Asta daca v-ati deranjat sa il creati 😃 Salutari.

Pe site la bcr nu te lasa de nicio lege sa treci de partea cu poza de document. Pe langa faptul ca iti activeaza camera din fata, continuu apare o eroare

Nu exista la nici o banca din UE asa ceva,se schimba parola la 3 luni apoi iti cere: Seria eToken Cod Autorizare Cod activare Cod otp...... sa ma cac in ele de coduri,o sa imi mut salariul la alta banca
Prea basic
Nu poti face aproape nimica. Doar sa vezi contul si sa faci tranzactie online. Lipsesc multe care ar trebui sa le aiba o aplicatie de banca.
Ce ii asta ?
In Romania limba materna ii romana nu engleza santem romanii nu toti stiu engleza ,faceti aplicatile in romaneste banca ii in romania !
