Works exactly as advertised
I needed to correct the geotagging on some photos taken with 16.1 beta and broken gps. I was easily able to import a gpx from another device and effortlessly fix my photos. Thanks!

I have an older Nikon D60 and still love it. I’ve been a Geotag Photos user doe years, and I used to travel with my Mac to be able to geotag my photos. Now I can just use my I phone! The photos flawlessly tag with my GPX file from Geotag Photos 2, and the time sync works for when you forget to adjust camera time. Now with only my iPhone I can tag my location, get my photos on my iCloud, and share everything! I enjoy that it tags my photos across all my devices via iCloud. (I use the iPhone dongle to read photos in from my SD card, the Apple photos app, and my photo library is synced with iCloud across devices.)
Exactly what I need. After the few try I bought full version directly. Only one issue concerns me: the photos with tagged gps info look good when I used EXIF app to check the details, but when I imported them into my diary app it showed no GPS info so I just wonder what’s wrong...
Well-designed app, regularly updated by the developer. I’ve used this to successfully geotag thousands of photos from my Nikon. This app is a companion app that geotags photos, using the geotag file log (GPX file) created by the sister app on your iPhone. I use the other app on my iPhone when I’m out and about, shooting photos ww my Nikon, and I use this app to attach the geotag location data to the Nikon files (both RAW and JPEG). Highly recommended.
This was a really great app for any photographer that wanted to geo tag locations and apply them to their DSLR photos. Doesn’t seem to be working on ipad OS 13. The app loads just fine, but I get a spinning loading sign on the current map as it tries to load the current GPX data from iCloud. Tried to airdrop it from my iPhone too and the same issues apply. Hope this app gets up and running soon because it was powerful.
I used the trial version to geotag mountain bike photos I got from a friend without geotags. It worked flawlessly. The time code on the camera was different, but due to the offset feature in the app it was easy to correct it and more or less accurately tag 13 additional photos. If I have to use the app more often I would consider to buy the unlimited version.
Crashes after tagging 5 photos. Have to restart and start over again.
Absolute crap. Crashed on my iPad all the time after last update
Outperforms any app hands down, including any manufacturer's app. Well designed and works flawlessly - with only 2 taps was able geotag a trip! Bought it immediately and is the best money spent in a long time. One comment for the developer - you need to build more awareness about your suite of apps. Reason being, even though I have been using Geotag Pro for many years, didn't know that there was a new version (2.0) or even this companion app. And judging by the paucity of reviews for this, I'm probably not the only one.
Very easy to tag photos. Highly recommended.
