Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your phone’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases another subscription.

Doesn’t locate
Used to be good but now location always inaccurate. I received a chunk of notification in one go and doesn’t locate otherwise. When I wrote the support, their answer is as good as not answering. Each update of the app only gets worse and worse.
I’m gna ask for a refund
So the thing is, my partner and I have this installed. We paid for the yearly subscription thinking it’d provide accurate location data but it rly doesn’t. Its very frustrating because on my partner’s phone, his locations are shown accurately while the history of his locations aren’t showing on MY phone. Sometimes if I don’t open the app all day it won’t even track my location. Funny things happen, like receiving alerts when my partner reach / leave home but when I open the app and look at his location history, the leaving / arriving home is not there. How could that be? What’s exactly going on? Lol Anyway, don’t bother wasting time writing to their help desk because they’ll just throw you the standard “fix” suggestions - enable location and notification, delete and reinstall, all those things, and I can guarantee you it doesn’t work 😂. Wasted my time twice speaking to the person with screenshots and nothing happened. Just don’t spend money on this app, periodt.
Just a little late in updating
Everything is good except the updates.. i receive the location update msg after a few hours..
Very accurate for iPhone but not Apple Watch
I got this app mainly to track my elderly parents over Apple Watch. The iPhone location tracker is very accurate. But the accuracy for Apple Watch is poor. I hope the team can help improve this quickly! I’m also waiting for the GeoZilla tracker device to use for my young children. I like the app interface and concept, and it’s the only one so far that caters to Apple watches. So I’m hoping the team can get it right soon.
