הסינדרומים הגריאטריים הינם מצבים שכיחים בגיל המבוגר הגורמים לירידה בבריאות ובתפקוד ולאשפוזים. ביניהם: הפרעת הליכה ונפילות, ירידה קוגניטיבית, תת תזונה, עצירות, אי שליטה על הסוגרים, ועוד.

מצבים זיהומיים כמו דלקת ריאות, דלקת בדרכי שתן, צלוליטיס.

אי ספיקה נשימתית כמו החמרה באי ספיקת לב או ב COPD .

האפליקציה מיועדת לרופאי משפחה ומובילה את הרופא דרך השדות הבאים, תוך אפשור בחירה של משפטים מתוך תפריטים ואפשרות הוספת טקסט חופשי:

Background
The optimal medical approach to treating elderly people in the community involves covering two fields: the field of Geriatric Syndromes 
and the field of hospitalization prevention.
The geriatric syndromes are conditions which cause significant functional decline and general deterioration. Among them are: gait problems and falls, cognitive decline, malnutrition, constipation, incontinence, depression and more.
Common causes for include infectious causes (pneumonia, urinary tract infection and cellulitis), vascular causes (such as acute coronary events or stroke) and exacerbation of chronic respiratory conditions (such as COPD and Congestive Heart Failure).
For all these conditions prevention measures exist.
