盛行的消費主義文化很易影響青少年的理財價值觀及行為。 香港家庭福利會獲得香港上海滙豐銀行有限公司贊助，於2022年推出「理出新天地」理財教育計劃，計劃內容包括加入電子貨幣元素的「Get $et Go! E-City理財工作坊」。目的是為了協助青少年建立正確的理財價值觀和行為，洞悉和反思電子消費背後潛藏危機，及提升學生對電子消費的敏感度與觸覺。感謝投資者及理財教育委員會(投委會)支持，本遊戲的基礎仍沿用本會自2014年起，與投委會攜手合辦的「Get $et Go!理財工作坊」框架及內容。鑑於電子支付方式的普及化，本中心與時並進，加入電子元素，配合時代理財教育需要。工作坊以經驗學習法,讓學生從模擬社會遊戲中學習平衡生活的各個範疇，包括工作、進修、消費及儲蓄等，並進行財務策劃。配合理財社工的帶領，學生能藉此反思個人消費行為及理財態度，建立一套正確的理財價值觀。 如欲進一步了解詳情或參與活動，歡迎致電3950 1900 查詢。
