Of course Utah would choose the worst version of a mobile id
I’ve had this since it came out and rarely have I’ve been able to actually use it and not have to have my physical ID. I love the idea, but this app needs a total overhaul!

Why You don’t permit to have the Driver Privilege Card??? Finally, it is a Document that your institution emite???
Useless
It’s useless. Literally, you can’t use it hardly anywhere. I was very excited to totally ditch my wallet, nope.
It’s not in my Apple Wallet
The app is clunky and it doesn’t sync with my virtual wallet.
Doesn’t work and not accepted
At SLC airport the TSA scanner would not accept it. At EWR airport Avis Rental the company would not accept it.

I have flown several times and TSA would not accept mobile ID to let me on the plane
Improve UI
Please improve the UI. It is not hard to re-design the ui, please please re-design the UI to give a bit more modern look.

Utah should accommodate all by offering options for iPhone as well. That’s all I need is another app to deal with! No thanks!
